Keihin Cr Special Carburetor Tuning Manually
Keihin CR 'Special' carbs- starter circuit info. Figured I'd post this in case anyone else has trouble getting a good idle to 1/4 throttle with their CR's. Now I FINALLY get to do some proper carb tuning. I have just put up the Keihin Troubleshooting Guide and the Keihin CR Owners Manual up for download. I have some jetting issues, and a guy said that there is something called a fuel screw on the carb that will allow me to make the bike richer or leaner. Ask the mxperts fuel mixture screw how.

Kehin CR Special Carburetors are far superior over the factory Triumph CVK carburetors because the slides are controlled though a cable rather than the vacuum operated CVK carburetors. They also feature five way adjustable needles for maximum tuning.

So far, fantastic
A remarkable improvement in manufacturing quality, these carbs feel better on the bike already. Though they came pre-jetted for the predators and pod filters, but they'll need a little rejetting as I believe they're jetted for sea level. But even with the bike a little out of tune, the performance and general response is vastly improved. Absolutely zero regrets getting these puppies. So tuneable, so ahh!
